PV sub-associations

COMPAZG

CompAZG is the multimedia association of the UMCG.

Members of the Staff Association can become member. CompAZG generally focusses its activities on the purchasing and use of hardware, software and multimedia products. All activities are carried out by volunteers (board members and active members).

Senior association

Senior UMCG is the senior association for ex-employees of the UMCG. When going out of service, you can become a member of the association. A few activities are organised every year.

The Relaxation Committee

The Relaxation Committee of the UMCG organizes activities for patients and employees of the UMCG.

Spekclub (i.e., Baconclub): You can save every month to buy meat at the end of the year.

UMCG Golf

UMCGolf was founded in 2001 as a sub-association of the Staff Association (PV) of the UMCG. The sub-association ended the 1st of January 2022. However, the golfing activities at the UMCG continued under the same name “UMCGolf” as an activity of the PV UMCG. You can find all tournaments and other activities in the calendar.

APSAZ Volley-ball association

APSAZ is the volley-ball association of the UMCG. You can recognize us by our uniforms in the colours of the UMCG, namely dark blue with orange and white letters. Would you like to start volley-ball again or are you a beginner? Come train with one of our teams a few times obligation-free and become a member of the best association of Groningen!
